This system allows you to test domestic use boilers for both drinking and heating water by simulating the real conditions of daily use and external environmental conditions down to – 15 ° C. This solution allows you to test simultaneously ten boilers or prototypes that are meant to control ten rooms with various types of uses. Every boiler is controlled by an electric system that uses cRIO hardware and the routings are managed by software developed in LabView. It provides a turnkey solution in collaboration with clients and with their subcontractors in order to achieve the Client’s expected result. Competent planning, the use of cRIO-series National Instruments and customization of applications related to the suppliers enables Clients to have a flexible and reliable data acquisition system, which fully meets expectations and is within budget costs.
