Test chamber for forklift

Test chamber for fatigue testing and validation for traction motors and components for forklift. It is under stress until failure or until completion of testing hours required for components that are tested. The software, developed in LabView, controls a hydraulic unit with a programmable and repetitive cycle with a strict up/down curve as requested by the customer. It validates the project’s data or it detects its limits. The acquired and archived data allow designers to analyze the performance of the test in the cycle duration months. The system has been developed to run 24 hours. The bench reaches the maximum building height (7m) and lowers the forks to the ground, at high speed, which are loaded with the maximum usage weight. A break in the forklift mast or of any element may cause damage to the building or people, as a result we not only provide a test bench but also complete protection, calculated by finite elements, able to safely contain the eventual fall of the mass that is lifted. The competent development and quality construction enable Customers to use the reliable and long-lasting system, 24 hours a day, without interruptions, in order to obtain ratification of the prototype in the time limits required by the project.
