Test bench for structural testing

Test bench for structural testing of transpallets with a hydrodynamic system in frequency. The system control hardware has been developed with FPGA board, control up to 2 kHz frequency, with continuous supervision of data by the system of man-machine interface. It was made a man-machine interface software for setting up and supervising the test. The test system is capable of applying up to 50 kN in a static manner, to urge the mechanical component with a load up to 35 kN in a dynamic way with frequencies up to 20 Hz and strokes up to 150mm. Performance of “close the loop” with great flexibility and customization capabilities of the application, in addition to achieving a reduction in the manufacturing processes of the application related to the peculiar character of the prototype to be “non-standard”.
